Our Facility - Archives Management Services, Inc. - Record and Document Management - File Storage

Archives Management Centers, Inc. has two facilities in Palm City, Florida.  The two buildings combined total 50,000-sq. ft. and are environmentally controlled and resistant to major catastrophes.  Your documents will be far safer and more secure than they would be in your own facility or in any other self-storage facility.  Here's why...

Hurricane Resistant
Each building was specially built to exceed Florida's stringent commercial hurricane building codes. Our buildings are constructed with Solid Concrete Walls, Solid Steel Roof Joist, and the Absence of Exterior Windows. These rigid construction standards were used to build our two fortress-like facilities that are nearly indestructible and highly resistant to the catastrophic hurricane forces of Mother Nature. Ultimately, there's no safer place for your documents on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

State-Of-The-Art Fire Protection System
Our fire protection system meets or exceeds all commercial code requirements governed by the National Fire Protection Agency.  Our facilities are monitored by a central station 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  All employees are trained in fire prevention procedures and follow strict company smoking and fire safety regulations.

Environmentally Controlled
Our buildings are completely air-conditioned.  A pest free environment is maintained by Pride Pest Control, well-recognized leaders in their industry for commercial pest control applications.  This controlled environment is important in order to maintain the high quality and condition of all types of documents and records that are commonly stored.

Solid Steel Vault
For additional protection of your most vital information, or for computer media and micro-media records that require a more stringent controlled environment and security, we provide a special vault.  Our vault is constructed of solid steel with a fireproof mineral.  It's equipped with a certified Halon fire suppression system with heat and smoke detectors.  A special security system is monitored by a central station to ensure strict security.  The central station also monitors and controls the climate, keeping it at a constant temperature of at least 68° Fahrenheit with a humidity of 20%-30%.  This is our Fort Knox for your most critical and sensitive materials and records.
