Association of Records Managers and Administrators
ARMA International is a not-for-profit professional association and the authority on managing records and information – paper and electronic. The association was established in 1955. Its approximately 11,000 members include records managers, archivists, corporate librarians, imaging specialists, legal professionals, IT managers, consultants, and educators, all of whom work in a wide variety of industries, including government, legal, healthcare, financial services, and petroleum in the United States, Canada, and 30-plus other countries.
Florida Records Management Association
The objective of FRMA is to promote cooperation and the exchange of information among individuals and agencies interested in government records and information management; to foster and promote a better understanding of Florida Statutes and regulations: and to cooperate with local, state, regional, national and international records management organizations.
Florida Department of Management Services
The 1.1 million DMS customers include state agencies, state employees, state retirees, universities, community colleges, and local governments and their retirees. DMS is a shared service provider that supports state agencies and state employees through: Human Resource Support (Retirement, State Group Insurance, Human Resource Management and People First System); Business Operations (Real Estate Development & Management, State Purchasing and Specialized Services); Telecommunications; Agency Administration and Executive Office; and Other Programs.
